About this property

Townhouse with roof terrace and sea view in lovely beachtown

Just finished, a restored townhouse right in the middle of Vasto historic center with a huge terrace with a sea view. The terrace has both a lounge area and a dining area, with a bbq. The bus to the beach goes right outside the door and an easy walk to great bars and restaurants. The house has a master bedroom and an extra room with a comfortable sofa bed which can be used either as a double bed or two single beds.

C'est si beau ! La terrasse est grande! Les lits sont trés confortables. La maison est fraiche. Les plages ne sont pas loin et merveilleuses. Les commerces sont à coté à pied.D'un coté une ruelle , de l'autre un jardin communal.La ville à portée de pied également, est trés jolie.Le logement est sur 3 niveaux ; beaucoup de marches.(3 escaliers) La terrasse a des marches extrémement hautes, non accessibles aux enfants ou personnes un peu agées.La chambre du canapé lit est traversante .C'est trés confortable et beau et l'on a autant envie de rester dans la maison que de sortir ;)
