Here the crystal clear sea and the sandy beach frame the panoramic view of the Aeolian Islands. The vacation home is surrounded by a 5000 m² fenced garden. The interiors are spacious and nicely furnished in a modern style. On the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The first floor offers an equipped gym with Jacuzzi (4 places) and sauna with Turkish bath. The living room leads to the veranda with tables and chairs where you can eat outside or read a book while drinking a good glass of wine. On the second floor: a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, hydromassage shower and a terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor there are three more bedrooms with two bathrooms. An external staircase leads from one of these rooms to a sun terrace. You have access to a pool with hydromassage, a soccer field, a tennis court, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, an outdoor shower, deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. The property also includes an outbuilding with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. In a short time you can reach the most popular places of Calabria such as Pizzo and Tropea on the Tyrrhenian side or Catanzaro Lido, Isola Capo Rizzuto and Soverato on the Ionian side. On request and for a fee it is possible to rent a car and a boat.
