About this property

Our listed building was built in 1902 and was repaired by us during construction. In the rooms of the apartment are wooden floorboards for a comfortable feeling, the kitchen is well equipped. On the balcony, the day can start with breakfast and end with a cold beer or a glass of wine. In the yard, the seating can be used, the sheep caressed, the feet are cooled in the stream. The forest starts behind our property. In the area there is the train station (500 m) from Gräfenroda, the trains do not disturb their vacation;) ...
In winter, historic train stations stop at the train station. Shops, such as bakers, Netto, Rewe, butchers, kebab, hairdresser, Eismanufaktur and bank are within walking distance 0.5 - 2 km. A large outdoor pool is in the neighboring Geraberg. The H2O Wellnessbad can be found in Oberhof. The ski and bicycle rental is 2 km away. We look forward to seeing you

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor

Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit und die Einfachheit im Umgang. Wir haben die Umgebung, die Natur und den großen Garten sehr genossen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. Hier fühlt man sich sehr schnell sehr wohl.

Kurzurlaub in Gräfenroda

Ein sehenswertes Haus mit toller und vollständig ausgestatteter FeWo im Obergeschoss. Die Eigentümer haben uns freundlich empfangen und konnten bei Fragen zu Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Einkehrmöglichkeiten umkompliziert kontaktiert werden. Insgesamt ein völlig entspannter Aufenthalt.

Im Dezember mit Familie in Gräfenroda

Wir waren mit drei Generationen (Großeltern, Eltern, Kinder) im wunderschönen urigen Landhaus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist total gemütlich und der Ofen hat kuschelige Wärme verbreitet. Helma und Familie sind supernett und gastfreundlich. Die Umgebung lädt zu tollen Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein und dank der Anbindung am Bahnhof war es auch unkompliziert, ohne Auto anzureisen.

Gemütliche, verspielte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war total schön, gemütlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Check-In und Check-Out gingen problemlos. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch die Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern. So kann man lüften, ohne dass Mücken reinkommen. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank!

Zauberhafte Unterkunft im Thüringer Wald

In der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im Herzen des Thüringer Waldes haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Kinder haben sich sehr über ein eigenes Zimmer und die vielen Zwerge gefreut! Alle Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und wer es etwas urig und märchenhaft mag, ist hier genau richtig! Wir haben uns über richtig bequeme Betten und hochwertige Bettwäsche gefreut und auch sonst ist alles vorhanden! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Die Zwergstatt ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Die Eismanufaktur ist ein absolutes Muss! Wer bereit ist ein wenig mit dem Auto zu fahren, hat hier einen tollen Ausgangspunkt um Thüringen zu entdecken ( der Zug nach Erfurt fährt sonst fast vor der Tür).
