Not great experience

Vanderbilt beach: Two hours before we were checking in they suddenly cancel our Holiday stay completely. This was 2days before Christmas, we had all travelled to Florida and prepared for our Christmas and New Year celebration in the condo, groceries done already.... Luckily we were well taken care of by VRBO and we luckily got another house 3 days later so Christmas and New Year got celebrated in right place!
