Relax on the balcony overlooking the pool and lake Marion or go down and relax at the pool, or launch your boat at the boat ramp for the day and go fishing or cruising. There is also a myriad of golf courses near by. For dinner with a great view head over to the other side of the lake to the Lake House bar and grill for adult beverages on the lake with great food. For upscale dining Clark’s restaurant is a good choice. Bike,hike,or cook out over at Santee state park which is only 10 minutes away

Overall the stay was great however maybe some attention to the cleanliness of balcony area. The view was amazing didn’t disappoint. We definitely would stay again for couple days! Thank you !

This was a beautiful spot. The pool was refreshing. The lake was gorgeous. The place was very clean and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. And highly recommend this place

Great stay for my dad and I for two nights while we were on a fishing trip. Property was exactly as described and Justin was prompt to respond back with anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend

Overall it was good but the first shower as you go into the condo said not drain properly. Some of the walls could stand to be wiped down. We also had trouble with the front door lock but Justin unlocked it for us and then toldUs where the keys were.

This is our second time renting this condo. We love that there are 2 king beds and both are comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves which was great. The condo has a view of the pool and the lake and there is a nice shared outdoor grill for grilling.

Loved the condo, the lake view was so peaceful. Good communication with Justin. When I had a question he responded right away. I would definitely stay there again!

Responsive host. Nice lake view. Fished off the bank (did not catch anything). Plenty of nearby places to eat. Good price.

We did not check-in as the property did not have a dock for our boat. We inquired about the dock when booking the property and were assured it was available. Docking our boat is the reason we booked the property. Upon arrival we contacted host about the dock not being on the property. His response was the docks went under construction a couple of weeks ago. So if you plan on docking a boat don't book this property.

Relaxing Location

Great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing get away by the water. They have a walking bridge near the place that goes over the water and beautiful views of the lake. Host was very responsive with any questions or issues I had.

This property was not clean. The smaller BR has 2 twin beds pushed together, The mattresses were not on the frame head to toe but sideways. There were candy wrappers between the mattresses and under the bed. There was an 800mg prescription Tylenol on the floor in the MB that any child could have found. The balcony, table and chairs were filthy with bird nest material, dirt, bird droppings everywhere on the balcony. The living room floor under the TV table was dirty, The dust on the ceiling fan in the LR was thick. The dishes in the kitchen (specifically the plastic dishes were dirty as was the wall next to the trash can, floor, baseboards and countertops. The pans are teflon and worn out which is unsafe. The stove top hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was black mold in the MB bathroom. This could be a nice property with some paint, clean carpets and attention. We have before and after photos. On a positive note, the toilets were clean and the pool is nice.

Beautiful condo and view from it. My kids enjoyed the pool that they basically had for themselves everyday we were there and I enjoyed reading on the balcony and taking in the thunderstorm. We were able to go on two fishing charters which husband loved and condo wasn't far away from either place we left out of. Comfy beds and great place. Thanks again!

Very nice!

We loved the condo. It’s in a nice neighborhood, close to Santee and right on Lake Marion for anyone that likes boating. The view off the deck is beautiful. The place was very clean and communicating with the owner was almost immediate. We would rent again should we have the need to be in Santee.
