After a day skiing or exploring Breck, unwind in one of nine hot tubs, two pools, or the sauna. Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers, this cozy escape offers comfort, convenience, and on-site favorites like Starbucks, Little Man Ice Cream, and a free shuttle to Main Street.

Guests have full access to the entire studio and all of Beaver Run’s resort amenities—including year-round heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, spa, game room, fitness center, restaurants, ski lockers, and more. With true ski-in/ski-out convenience from the ground floor, everything you need is just steps away.

Parking is available separately and paid directly to Beaver Run Resort, with rates varying by season.

Walking distance to Main Street shops, dining, and events, Beaver Run also operates Shuttles for your convenience.

Please note: Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Relaxing Getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was clean and well maintained. I specially loved the outdoor hot tubs, they were the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of walking, hiking, shopping. The indoor pool was great. I really enjoyed the amenities this resort has to offer, from restaurants, convenience store, spa and an arcade room. This resort is pet-friendly, so we got to enjoy this vacation with our furr babies. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend. I cannot wait to come back.

A great location for a ski weekend

Located a few steps away from the Beaver Run ski lift of Breckenridge Ski Resort, this was a great location for our ski trip. The resort was quiet, and we heard very little noise from the hall. We enjoyed having use of the hot tub, but we didn't take advantage of the other activities available at the resort. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

Fall Weekend in Breckenridge

Beautiful weekend in the high country looking at fall colors and hiking. Our stay at Beaver Run was outstanding. Studio was clean, well stocked, and very very nice. Hot tub and pool just down the hall. Host had great recommendations for the weekend too. Thanks for a great weekend get away.

Fabulous Ski In/Ski Out Holiday at Brick

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was lovely, very well deigned and comfortable. It soooo convenient to the ski lockers and just a short ski down to the Beaver Run Superchair Lift. We had a wonderful time and it was easy to ski in and check on our dog midday. In the evenings it was a short walk down the hill to town and great dining. Ryan and Co were extremely responsive, provided clear check in instructions and responded within minutes when I had a question. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Location

I didn't want to rent a car from the Denver airport and wanted a true ski in/ski out, and this was perfect. Being on the ground floor and have ski lockers on the same floor was great. You can get your skis out of the locker, go out the door and jump on the Beaver Run Super Chair. It was perfect for exploring all the peaks. The walk to town was a 10-15 minute walk. Ryan, our host, was beyond responsive, providing top notch service. The rental had everything we needed. I will recommend this unit to who anyone that asks :)

Great Unit Location for Dog/Ski Ease

Amazing location goes without saying at Beaver Run. But this unit is literally just steps from the ski lockers, pool/hot tubs, and parking lot. That is good with a dog early in the morning... but not so good with the view. But honestly I give up a view for walking 200 feet and I am in my skis. No stairs is big thing as I get older too. Interior is great. The kitchenette is small but fully stocked. Also nice was the clean and comfy furniture and bed. We will definitely be back again this summer.
