We stay at Beaver Run every year for a conference, and we are never disappointed. Check-in was a little chaotic, but that is not a reflection on this property; it was just busy! Beautiful views, and everything is accessible via walking if you want it to be.

The resort was more of a hotel than condos. This is a smaller space but worked fine. It was stocked with what we needed and comfortable for 2 people.

Clean and quiet condo at close to the Beaver Run lift at Peak 9. The short walk to Main Street Breckenridge was nice at all times of the day. Great spot for a summer getaway or for skiers and snowboarders during the winter season.

The condo was in a great location for our weekend plans! It was very quiet, especially at night. The owners checked in regularly making sure everything was going ok! I would highly recommend this unit, especially during ski season as it is right next to the chair lift!

Location was great but we unfortunately were not able to use the ski in/out convenience due to Peak 9 and 10 being closed. However, the shuttle to the gondola was steps away from our unit. Ryan was very good with communication and overall our experience was good.

A great location for a ski weekend

Located a few steps away from the Beaver Run ski lift of Breckenridge Ski Resort, this was a great location for our ski trip. The resort was quiet, and we heard very little noise from the hall. We enjoyed having use of the hot tub, but we didn't take advantage of the other activities available at the resort. Overall, very pleased with our stay!
