Centrally located approx. 60 m² holiday home in the historic old town of Speyer with 150 m² large, idyllic garden. Very nice covered outdoor space and possibility to bring your own bicycles or prams covered. The garden is an oasis of relaxation!We ask for your understanding that smoking is only allowed in the garden!Public, free parking lots are available in the immediate vicinity, for loading and unloading you can also short term in front of the house hold.

The house is lovingly renovated and furnished, it has a very pleasant, homely atmosphere and offers 4 * comfort for 2 people. An additional extendable extra bed (for 1 person) is given. High-quality equipped living / dining area with open layout, 1 bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2 m), bathroom with toilet and bath / shower, kitchen, hallway and a covered patio in the garden.
House:

In der Altstadt von Speyer gelegen ... 5 min Fußweg zum Dom, 15 min zum Rhein. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut ... es hat uns an nicht gefehlt! Toller Garten zur gemütlichen Entspannung am Abend nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag!
