5 bedrooms with large dining-living area, in a wonderfully quiet landscape

Our family-friendly, small resort is next to a farm idyllic in the midst of a nature reserve between meadows and fields in 8 km distance to the Baltic Sea beach. In close proximity to the Szczecin Lagoon, the wild-romantic south coast of the island of Usedom, you will find four thatched-roof cottages on a 3000 sqm plot in the village Neverow. The houses 1 and 2 are adjoining detached houses with separate entrances and their own terrace. House 3 and House 4 are detached houses. All objects can be rented individually, but also, when rented in total, provide a wonderful space for large groups of up to 32/33 people. Each house is luxuriously furnished with modern kitchen, fireplace and sauna. The property has a large playground and there are a sandpit, a slide and a swing for all small guests in the garden. Pets are allowed as well. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or active holidays

Wunderbarer Ort für ein Familientreffen

Wir haben unser Familientreffen im großen Reethaus sehr genossen. Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Super gemütlich, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben die Spielflächen geliebt. Und wir die ruhigen Minuten auf der gepflegten Terrasse. Die Ostsee ist im nichtmal 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch sonst fanden wir alle die Lage wunderschön. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier!Traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zum 70. waren wir mit der engsten Familie über ein Wochenende zu Gast und haben sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen, wir haben Sauna, Grill und auch den Kamin genutzt. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Auch alle Sonderwünschen wurden sofort erfüllt - 5-Sterne-Service!

Schöne Lage

Sehr idyllisch, wenig Häuser ausssenrum und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Und von dort aus einiges unternommen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein tolles Haus, herrliche Umgebung, einfach eine Reise wert.

Ein ganz tolles Haus, wunderschön gelegen. Wir hatten mit 10 Personen, von 4 bis 97 Jahren, komfortabel Platz. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Sehr netter Verwalter! Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verlebt und die Insel Usedom, auch mit dem Fahrrad, erkundet. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir waren zu 12 Personen 7 Erw/5 Kin + Hund im Landhaus, wir hatten genug Platz um beisammen zu sitzen und genug Platz um uns aus den Weg zu gehen. Die ruhige Lage ist echt ein Traum. Der Hund konnte ausgedehnte Spaziergänge genießen. Die Kinder vergnügten sich auf dem Spielplatz. Ausflugsziele sind nur Minuten entfernt. Für Familenurlaube wäre dies wohl immer unsere 1. Wahl.

Perfekter Start ins neue Jahr!

Super Haus! Super Lage! Super Gastgeber! Wir haben das Haus für 9 Leute angemietet. Für diese Anzahl einfach perfekt! Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna war defekt. Sofort kam der sehr nette, unterhaltsame Elektriker und hat diese wieder instand gesetzt. Die Information wo es frische Eier gibt, gab es inklusive. Vielen Dank Frau Knappe und Team für diesen schönen Kurzurlaub.

Wir hatten viel Platz für unser Familientreffen. Das Gebäude und insbesondere die Wohnküche mit Kamin sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist an Alles gedacht. Die Kinder können am Haus und auf am Fussballplatz spielen. Es war eine schöne Zeit, gerne wieder!

Das Objekt hält, was im Inserat versprochen wurde. Wir waren zu Zehnt mit Hund. Vor allem der lange Esstisch hatte es uns angetan. Komplett ausgestattet mit viel Platz lässt es sich auch bei Regen gut aushalten und in der Sauna schwitzen. Drachensteigen und Fußball gleich vor der Haustür. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Wunderbar gelegenes, sehr gepflegtes Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist vorhanden. Es gab jederzeit einen sehr freundlichen zuvorkommenden Ansprechpartner, falls wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, selbst als unser Auto einmal nicht ansprang. Es war wirklich ein sehr erholsamer schöner Urlaub in diesem Haus.

5 Sterne für den perfekten Urlaub mit der Großfamilie

Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub (0-62 Jahre) verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die (Um-)Buchung des Hauses war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation war sympathisch. Das Haus war sauber und (vor allem die Küche) super ausgestattet. Auch bei Regenwetter kann man es sich im Haus 1 mit Sauna und Kamin sehr gemütlich machen :) Einzig das WLAN war etwas überfordert bei 8 Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

10 Personen ja, 12 nein!!

Das Haus entsprach dem Internetangebot, doch 12 Personen können hier zwar notdürftig eine Nacht schlafen. Für einen ganzen Urlaub wäre das allerdings eine Zumutung. Reduzieren Sie bitte Ihre Internetofferte auf 10 Personen, dann liegen Sie richtig. Vielleicht wäre noch der Hinweis für Gehbehinderte angebracht, dass zwei der Doppelzimmer in der ersten Etage liegen und weitere zwei nur über eine weitere Treppe im Dachgeschoss zu erreichen sind - für junge Leute eine gute Turnübung.

Tolle Unterkunft

Klasse Unterkunft in toller Umgebung. Herrlich für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad. Die Küste ist allerdings 15min mit dem Auto entfernt, und die Parkplatzsuche in den Seebädern eine Herausforderung.
