Loved staying here! It had plenty of room for our 11 person party. Very well stocked with everything we needed and made the trip so easy to enjoy. Host was great too!

Wonderful!!! Beautiful home, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of seating. The home was very stocked! The hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing, and the hosts were very responsive.

Amazing stay!

The home didn't disappoint. Our boys enjoy the mountains and fishing, but like their amenities modern. This house was perfect and we had an amazing time! Would most definitely stay there again!!

We had an excellent stay, this house is fully equipped and makes you feel like you left nothing at home. We had a great time and loved the area!! The hosts were always responsive to questions and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay.

Beautiful Home

The house is fully equipped with all the accessories you will need. It is nestled in a quiet subdivision in Granby. The hot tub is a plus! The beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location

We have stayed in the neighborhood before and really like the location. The property was as expected and worked out great for our family. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the living room. Their was dog hair all over the couch that got on our clothing. Couch is a light color and the dog hair was white so it was hard to see until you sat on it.

First Class Property

We have been renting properties in the Winter Park and Granby areas for our annual family vacations for over 10 years now and Anna’s home was by far the best we have experienced! Not only was the house beautiful but meticulously clean and so well organized. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located between Grand Lake and Winter Park. Anna’s was the consummate host her communication was excellent and the welcome book and rental instructions were so detailed leaving no questions unanswered. The home more than accommodated our party of eight adults comfortably. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were so comfortable in this beautiful home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Clean, lovely home, well stocked home

We travel a lot. Have rented many homes and hotel rooms. This is a five star, comfortable property. It has a very well stocked kitchen. You lack nothing for cooking or baking. Comfortable beds, clean new linens, good WiFi, open floor plan for eating and gathering. Can’t say enough good things about it. Our only negative was that if you’re enjoying hot tub or patio you have to be conscientious about being quiet after 7pm as the houses are close together. Understandable but if you’re enjoying friends/family and conversation it’s a bit restrictive. Again, great otherwise!

Fall Break w/Family!

This place was amazing! They thought of everything! Even ear plugs. Check in was easy, property is beautiful. There is a grocery at the entrance of the neighborhood that was super convenient. Several little towns within an hours drive to check out. The Hot tub was my favorite :) I would definitely stay again!

MUST MUST STAY! 10 out of 10, Amazing rental property!

This house was a 10 out of 10. As a host for 12+ years myself, I will be renting this house as much as I can! I even took some pointers for my own rental. Clean, modern, high quality design, extremely well equipped, cozy, hot tub, patio seating, parking, and so much more. This house literally had everything you need for a vacation that felt like home. It’s less then a 10 minute drive to town and walking distance to the golf course and it’s restaurant. You can see Granby ski resort from the neighborhood as well. Having access to the garage was a big bonus. The garage also has an EV charger! The host was extremely quick at communicating and always willing to help with anything I had questions about. I highly recommend renting this house and I look forward to renting it again myself! AMAZING AMAZING stay.
