We had a great time at this condo. It was a great location and the beach was gorgeous. Our only negative was that there was a major water pipe leak and we were without water for 21/2 days. While it was inconvenient, we took it in stride and told the kids it was like camping lol.

Chill time at the beach

This condo was the perfect distance from the busy areas. We were looking for less crowds. The grounds , buildings and pool were clean and well kept. The walk to the beach was relatively short which was a 5 star for me. Plenty of room in this condo. It is ground floor and right next to the pool but the view from balcony is bit blocked by the dunes. It was very clean ! The only negative was the bedrooms are upstairs. Beautiful view from master !!

Security around property excellent! Kitchen well stocked. Plenty towels,etc. Balcony beautiful view with great ocean view. Bed mattress very poor quality, very uncomfortable! Should be REPLACED!!!!. Main sofa in living area dirty. Very disappointed no w/d in unit. Bringing our dirties home. I don’t think we would choose Perdido Sun again, but staff was great, especially Alex our beach by. He works so hard to make every resident comfortable!

We were called 2 hours before arriving letting us know there was no water. Even though there had been no water for 2 days prior and no one contacted us. We were told we would be refunded immediately, not only were we not refunded immediately, we still haven’t been refunded and we were charged twice for the VRBO fee. When I asked a suggestion for where we could stay since we were literally on our way, the lady who called me said she was sorry she couldn’t help me.

A Perfect Vacation Experience!

First off, the customer service went above and beyond immediately after we had arrived. According to the listing there was a Keurig provided in this unit. So we had brought coffee from home for the Keurig to find that the unit had a drip coffeemaker. It wasn't a big deal as we would just go buy coffee for the drip coffeemaker. But I contacted Customer Service just as an FYI that they might want to check the listing. Kristie appreciated me contacting them and she would check into it. In less than an hour a nice young man was at the door with a new Keurig. We were totally surprised! This kind of customer service is above a 5-Star rating! As for the unit, it was exactly what we expected from the pictures. It was very clean and had all the supplies that one would need. The location of this first floor unit was so convenient! Just a few steps to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Not to mention Perdido Towers is a great location close to stores and restaurants. I can't say enough good things about this unit! The Master bedroom was very roomy with an amazing view. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future!!!
