Welcome to my Beautiful Beach theme Condo without the Beach prices This Condo is a Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo located just off Hwy 59.in Foley Alabama Close To OWA, The New Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park. Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix and a Dollar Tree less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. This Condo is Fully Furnished and is Very Comfortable (I use it myself not just a rental) . Ceiling Fan and a large walk-in closet The Den Features a Palm leaf ceiling fan, A 58 Inch Smart TV That is Roku ready so you can log in to your account and watch your favorite programs and features an awesome Direct TV Package and WIFI which is included with your stay, The Condo also features A full Kitchen with a separate dining area. All kitchen utensils are furnished, A new Built in Microwave, Glass Top Stove, With dual coffee maker’s regular drip and a Keurig for k-cups , Garbage Disposal and a built-in dishwasher with a guest starter pack furnished. We have spent 100s of hours working and remodeling this condo to make it the show place of Park Ave Condominiums and we are proud of the results of our hard work.
