Conveniently located between the great outdoors and Branson attractions, this condo is the perfect spot for your next getaway. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is 1.5 miles from Silver Dollar City. Spend the day at Indian Point on Table Rock Lake only 5 minutes away. Boat rentals available, or bring your own! Boat parking available.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals, along with a Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen table seats 6. Master bedroom has a king bed and on-suite bathroom. Guest room has queen bed and twin bunkbeds, perfect for kids bunkroom. Living room includes a sofa sleeper. Condo has 3 televisions and in-condo Washer and Dryer!

Condo is next to one of the two pools in the complex.

Back deck overlooks the beautiful Ozark mountains, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal or evening coffee. Shopping, restaurants, Branson Landing and all the Branson shows just 15 minutes away. Quiet, comfortable, and everything you need to have the best vacation.

Fun at Notch

My family stayed in the Notch Condos when I was a kid. I have fond memories of those days. When I took my own family this past Summer we were not disappointed. The quality and fun from the past was still there.

Fun Family Vacation

We love coming to Branson and Notch Lane Estates is our preferred place to stay. This was our first time staying in this unit and it was wonderful. The condo is updated, super clean and so quiet! The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal and the space is very comfortable. Our kids are getting older and we don't take for granted the time we can spend with them making memories. Thanks again for a great place to stay!

Making Wonderful Memories with Family

We have been coming to Branson since 1987. This was something new with 4 of our 6 grandkids that came for their first time. We have stayed at Notch Estates with Friends for about 5 years now & we at least come twice a year, in Spring & Fall. The one big thing I like staying at the Notch, there are no lease contracts to commit, too. We love how quite & serene it is there, but close to everything.

Perfect Location and Beautiful View

We stay in Branson at least once a year, always at a different condo. That might change after this trip. This condo is perfect location. Less than 5 minutes from SDC. Far enough away from Branson to avoid all the traffic but less than 15 from anything of interest. I woke up each morning and had coffee on the balcony overlooking the water and mountains in the background. Just breathtaking. There was plenty of room for my wife, our 3 kids (17,13&11).

We enjoyed our quick weekend to Branson. The property was very nice and clean. It was close to Silver Dollar City and not too far from Branson. Great view of the sun rising over all the fall trees. We would stay again!
