Enjoy the best views in Breckenridge while being close to town, walk or ride the free shuttle (1 block away) to all that Breck has to offer. Large Hot Tub with amazing views while you relax from a day of skiing. Plenty of parking including a stand-alone garage for your use. The ski chalet is designed for 2 families/skiers/summer time adventure. Huge mud room with plenty of room for all your skis and equipment. Nice, quiet neighborhood, with many permanent residents, not a party house. If all adults, it is most comfortable for no more than 8 people.

Great place to stay and ski with the boys

Second time coming here, a great time staying with the boys. The whole house was quite nice and had plenty of space for us. The nearby bus stop made it really easy for us to get to the gondola for skiing. The hot tub was a great evening treat after a long day skiing.

Great stay in Breck

House is in great location to downtown and ski shuttle. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids and loved the house. Recently updated. Everything is just as pictured. Really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Breck House

Recent renovations are spectacular. The Hosts leave no detail unturned. Our Family had an absolute blast. The bunk room downstairs for kids is ideal.

Weekend Getaway

Property was everything as advertised. Location was great as everything was just a short walk to get to. The house was fantastic, and all details were thought of by the owners. The whole experience was outstanding and was a great place to stay for a getaway to the mountains and some skiing and relaxing. Will definitely be back there again!

Family ski trip

This property was great for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids, the 3 levels gave some nice separation while enjoying the nice kitchen and large dining room for group meals. The entry snow/mud room area was great for all our gear and the large hot tub was great after skiing. Nice have a detached garage to use with 2 available stalls so we didn’t have to clean off snow each day.

An epic adventure and stay

We had a great experience here. The house is just a short walk from a free bus stop to take you straight to the gondola. The hot tub was a highlight, and had plenty of space for our group of 5. The house itself felt brand new and was clean and beautiful. Overall a great time.

Great stay for a family of 8

Very good communications with host, property was renovated and interior was very nice, ski room on base floor was super convenient, about 3-5 minute walk (in ski boots) from free shuttle stop. It took some time to figure out how to balance heat appropriately throughout the house, but that was a minor issue. I recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful location (close convenient shuttle or short walk to the Gondola. Beautiful View of Breckinridge from the property! Very comfortable furnishings and outfitted to provide its winter ski guests the amenities and conveniences that really made our trip carefree. We WILL be back next season!

Our best VRBO rental ever!

This house had it all. Amazing location and the best view possible in all of Breckenridge. Mitch was a great host and communicator. The house was stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, and closets. It was awesome and they were very accommodating and helpful. Cannot recommend this one enough!

Amazing house in Breckenridge

Stayed here with a few friends and this place was amazing. The location was incredible. With a bus stop a few steps away getting to the mountain was easy every day. The view of the mountain was also incredible, especially when viewing it from the hot tub! The hot tub was a highlight of the property. It was the perfect way to end a long day of skiing. The property also had tons of space on the first floor to store our skis and boots and the parking area could easily fit several cars. Overall this was the perfect house for our ski trip to Breckenridge. The location was perfect for easy access to the town and mountain, the house was spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. I already know we will be coming back here for years to come.

Best Ski Chalet in Breckenridge

Stayed here with friends to ski and snowboard and the place was awesome. What a fantastic location. Walkable to town and with a free shuttle bus stop a few steps away, getting to town and the mountain is super easy. The views of the mountains are as advertised, the best views in Breck, especially when viewing from the huge hot tub! Clearly the renovation covered 100% of the house and is brand new, the place is very well taken care of with every detail you can imagine. The property also has the best entry area/ski-storage we have ever seen with tons of room for getting prepared to ski. There is more than ample parking and a stand-alone garage where you can park 2 cars if you want. Lastly, what a great bunk room for kids with a big TV, bean bag chairs, games and seating with computer tables. Highly recommended!!!!

Great stay in beautiful home with stunning view

Fantastic stay with stunning views in this beautifully decorated home. Location was fantastic with an easy walk to Main Street, or we grabbed the shuttle across the street. Tons of parking for everyone in our group (2 pickups and a car with room for more!) This home was great for family who didn’t ski on a given day. They loved sitting next to the fireplace drinking coffee and looking at the view. The kids loved the downstairs. They had their own space and couldn’t be heard by us upstairs. The huge mud room was great for when our big crew came tumbling in after skiing. Most of us took advantage of the hot-tub and it fit several at one time. It looked brand new. In fact everything seemed new. Beds, linens, and towels all very comfortable. The checkin was very easy and owners communicated well.

Why they chose this property

This is literally the best view in Breckenridge while in a nice quiet neighborhood, no loud partying in a condo next to you. You can easily ride the free shuttle or walk to town including the lift. I walk to the lift most days. Pro-tip: use a backpack and walk down with tennis shoes, skis/boots in pack.

What makes this property unique

Close to town but out of the traffic and noise. A great place for families.
