in Bacharach-Henschhausen in the WORLD HERITAGE OBERES MITTELRHEINTAL.
Our two apartments LURELEI and RHEINGOLD are located on the Rhine above the medieval half-timbered town of Bacharach, the heart of romance and world famous.

Apartment RHEINGOLD for 2-4 persons with 50 sqm in the attic

Cozy apartment with 2 rooms (1x double bed, 1x sofa bed in the living room), open kitchen area with dining area, large bathroom with shower. To the apartment belongs a seat in the garden with valley view.

The apartment is furnished in a modern country house style with vintage accents and well equipped.

Bedroom with king size bed 1,80 x 2,00 m, comfortable sitting area, dresser and clothes rack.

Living room with cupboard, sideboard with games and books and sofa bed for 2 persons (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV. A baby cot can be added to this room.

The cozy open kitchen-dining area can accommodate 4 people with an extendable table (0, 60x 1.20 to 1.60 m). The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, spices, vinegar, oil, coffee and tea. Toaster, kettle, coffee machine, espresso maker with milk frother. Double sink, 2 plates induction hot plate, oven and grill.

Central heating (Oct-Mar 5 € / day heating extra), free Wi-Fi, satellite TV. Laundry and shopping service.

Experience breathtaking nature, romantic river landscapes with small half-timbered towns, the world's largest castle density with a variety of castles and ruins nestle on the rocky slopes or at the height to tremble.

Discover history, culture and viticulture between Bingen and Koblenz, linger on atmospheric wine festivals or be enchanted in August and September by spectacular fireworks at the Rhine in flames.

Hike the valley and the heights on certified long-distance hiking trails such as the Rheinsteig and the Rheinburgenweg or make smaller trips on well-developed hiking trails around Bacharach, Oberwesel or in the subsequent Hunsrück.

Relax and gain new insights and views during a boat trip on the Rhine, whether as a round trip or with entry and exit at various locations on both sides of the Rhine, passing the world-famous Loreley.

Entspannte Auszeit hoch über dem Rhein

Über Pfingsten verbrachten wir wunderbar entschleunigte Tage in dieser sehr schönen, bunten, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Alles, was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr, sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Vorort von Bacharach, der von dort aus über eine abenteuerliche Kurvenstraße bergauf erreicht wird. Oben angekommen, hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Rheinseite, Felder und Weinberge. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Coronabedingt hatten wir keinen direkten Kontakt zur Vermieterin, aber die Schlüsselübergabe war kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gemütlich, zum Wohlfühlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zum allerersten Mal haben wir hier eine FeWo vorgefunden, in der wirklich an alles gedacht wurde und nichts gefehlt hat. Selbst verschiedene Sorten Kaffee und Tee waren vorhanden, reichlich Besteck und Geschirr, also Ausstattung und Ambiente perfekt! Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Viele der Orte im Mittelrheintal wirken bei der Durchfahrt sehr malerisch, doch man sollte immer bedenken, dass an beiden Uferseiten mehrgleisige Bahnstrecken sowie Bundesstraßen verlaufen, hingegen häufig schon direkt hinter den Häusern steile Felswände aufragen. Also hat man's dort oft laut und schattig. Diese Wohnung in Henschhausen jedoch ist ideal gelegen: Sehr ruhig, auf einer sonnigen Anhöhe, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten am Rhein. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die freundliche Gastgeberin! Der Tipp bzgl. Burg Rheinstein war wirklich gut, den geben wir hiermit gerne weiter! Also alles in allem von uns eine volle Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!
