The photos are a good representation of what your villa will look like. Layouts may vary. The resort updates and maintains the villas at this resort and your villas are assigned upon check-in. Check-in after 4:00 PM on your arrival day with check-out by 11:00 AM on your departure day. Word of caution, the villas are located either on ground level or on the second floor without elevators.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. Guest acknowledges that they will not be eligible for a refund if they are unable to travel. By accepting these rental terms, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended at the time of booking. All vacation rentals are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not subject to discount or refund due to travel interruptions. Amenities not being available, such as, pools, beach access, local attractions, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause fully removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
