We found it to be a wonderful place to stay. It did need a little corrosion maintenance but nothing serious. The unit was very clean & quiet and the view was stupendous. Will definitely be our go to if we get to Hawaii again. Clff & Clara

Condo with a view

The views alone are stunning. Being able to walk into town for coffee or dinner was a huge plus along with beach chairs, towels and a cooler. The condo was perfect for our week vacation and we will stay again!

Great View

Nice two bedroom! You can hear and see the ocean as it is right off your deck. Five minute walk to shops and restaurants. Would stay in this place again. Convenient!

Beautiful Ocean View!

My family of four enjoyed the incredible beach-front condo with all the amenities we needed. It was close to the town center, and the pool was a great escape from the heat. Would definitely stay there again.

Christmas vacation

Awesome location! Beautiful condo!

This condo offered everything we needed. Spent most of our condo time on the lanai. The view was stellar as were the sunsets. The facility quiet hours was much appreciated. We hope to return!

Wonderful place and close to town!

Our family had never visited the Big Island before and we were unsure of where to stay. The reason I booked this condo was the incredible view of the water, what we didn’t realize is how close we were to town.It was so wonderful to wake up each morning and be able to walk downtown and get coffee and breakfast my husband had the best latte of his life.Highly recommend for the family!

This condo delivered! Beautiful oceanside balcony where we had breakfast every morning; corner unit so it was quiet: well appointed for cooking at home; clean, firm beds with fans in both bedrooms. Sizable bathrooms and quiet doors - which sounds like a small thing! But if you wake up early like me, it means you can move around silently without waking up your kids ;) all in all a great stay - we loved walking downtown for coffee in the morning. I would definitely cook again.

Fantastic location!

A short walk from restaurants in Kona, this condo has a fantastic location. Large balcony with amazing view right on the water! Rare experience waking up to the sound of the ocean, sipping coffee in the morning, or a sunset cocktail. It is centrally located to go either direction on the island for all the sites.

Winter getaway!

This is the perfect escape from winter . The patio is perfect and we spent our mornings and evenings watching whales, dolphins, surfers and of course sunset . Until next year!

Amazing Location and Beautiful Condo

It was the best! We watched whales and dolphins from our lanai in the morning while we enjoyed our breakfast. The condo was bright and comfortable and well equipped. Kona Reef offers a wonderful pool and hot tub area. A great way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is perfect - walkable to beaches, shopping, dining. It was "home sweet home" for us for two weeks! It was difficult to leave.

Perfect!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for my family. Beautiful, right on the ocean, private and quiet. . With two adult kids it was close to walking distance to restaurants and the night life. It was clean and nice to have the two bathrooms. We all enjoyed the view and the pool. Absolutely Perfect!

8 Days in Kona

The location was perfect. The sunsets were beautiful and you could walk to shopping and resturants. It was a great home base to come back to at the end of each day when exploring the island. We didnt need the air as the breeze flows nicely through the condo. Pool area is great as well. The beds are a little hard and could use a mattress topper.

Will be back

The unit we stayed in was very very nice. The view was spectacular, kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. It is close to downtown, shopping and restaurants, yet far enough away from most of the nighttime noise associated with the main tourist areas. The property had a few areas that could use some updating, but the pool area was very well maintained and pleasant to spend time in. Would like to see a bit more daily maintenance in the lawn area, people left trash there that no one picked up for days. I would highly recommend this unit for a good family location.

Million dollar view

Good location, a bit away from the shopping and crowds but close enough to walk to most restaurants and shopping. Beds were a bit to firm for all of us. The view, a comfortable living room/kitchen area and close access to a small beach next door made this a great place. The views of the ocean were amazing. Great balcony to watch the surf
