Un décor tropical confortable est en vedette dans ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain ~ 1200 pieds carrés. La chambre principale a un lit king et la 2Úme chambre a un lit queen. Une cuisine complÚte, des ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation ne sont que quelques-uns des équipements de ce charmant condo. Nagez dans une piscine d'eau salée ou d'eau douce; détendez-vous sur une plage de sable. WI-FI gratuit est dans l'unité !! Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour 4 personnes.

Casa de Emdeko est un complexe de condos en bord de mer qui est situĂ© Ă  1,5 km du pittoresque village de Kailua-Kona oĂč vous trouverez des restaurants et des boutiques. Casa a une plage privĂ©e et 2 piscines - sel et eau douce. Une cabane en bord de mer dispose de barbecues Ă  gaz, de tables et de chaises. Des torches Tiki brillent le soir dans les magnifiques jardins.

LaLa climatisation est un systĂšme central qui fonctionne en faisant circuler de l'eau froide dans tout le complexe. Dans l'appareil, vous contrĂŽlez uniquement la marche / arrĂȘt et la vitesse du ventilateur. This unit is amazing! The wrap around deck and huge living room make it feel extremely spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and access to the complex and unit was smooth. The waves crashing could be heard all day and night and it was the best view for the sunset! We would absolutely rent this place again :)

Before you book
This corner unit, with its wrap-around lanai, offers truly stunning views—crashing waves, incredible sunsets, the works.However, the overall condition of the unit is in serious need of a complete renovation. A deep, thorough cleaning would help, but the issues go far beyond that. We noticed dry rot, chipped paint, sticky kitchen cabinets, dishes in the cupboards that hadn’t been fully washed, and floors that were dirty enough that we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot.A major concern was the moths—not just one or two, I killed at least fourty ( no exaggeration ), appearing in both the kitchen and bedrooms. Some even flew out of the kitchen cabinets. Moth larvae can damage clothing and other items, so this is definitely something to take seriously.The master bathroom vanity light bar was coated with fuzz and had bugs stuck to it, clearly untouched for years.When we contacted the local owners representative regarding a few of these issues, the response we received was, “Well, that’s the tropics.” Unfortunately, that’s not an acceptable explanation. At the very least, regular pest control is needed.Note: Property features say there is a hot tub - there is no hot tub on the property.All in all - we enjoyed our time on the Big Island and will return. We just wouldn’t book B238 unless major changes were made. Take care of your unit, give it some Love - it has so much potential!

The property manager was very pleasant and accommodating. The previous visitors left fresh tropical flowers which was a wonderful surprise. The wrap around lanai was wonderful and the saltwater pool was amazing.

The host was very amenable and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier due to an early flight from Maui. Location was 10 minutes to some of the best snorkeling in Kona and 10 minutes to a lot of nice restaurants. However, on more than one occasion we ordered takeout for breakfast or lunch and ate on the large balcony with a gorgeous ocean view.

Quiet and Comfy with the best views!!!

We have just stayed at this place for the last 6 nights. This is the best room at this property as far as location goes. The views over the ocean are incredible and the sunset views each day are the best. The room is very quiet which leads to a relaxing stay. The room has everything needed for a great stay. The pools are nice and the location is central to the Kona coast. The room is comfortable but well worn. It was very clean on arrival. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. Thanks for having us.

Amazing best lanai experience.

Clean. Beautiful views and the best L shaped lanai where we had all meals. Fully equipped kitchen. Common yard had grills we used often. They blow conch shells at sunset every night. We were here for scuba diving but this place was our favorite place to be that wasnt under water. We'll definitely come back.

This condo is FANTASTIC!! You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room. The wrap around lanai, the well-stocked kitchen and the well-appointed rooms make this place a must stay. (And you can’t beat the location and having 2 pools on the property!!!) Don’t hesitate. We will be back!

6 Star Views

Suite met and exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, comfort & how well equipped it was, especially the kitchen. We (happily) cooked way more than we anticipated because everything we needed or wanted was available. The common areas, beach & pool were pushing 5 star compared to any resort property. The ocean and wildlife views from the lanai alone- 6 stars -makes it worth staying on the water especially when you consider how much you save in time and money NOT driving to a beach every day & paying for scenic tours.

The views are incredible!!! The pools, the location, did I mention the views?! The wraparound lanai is everything and you will be left wanting nothing. Check in was easy and the condo was very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back.

Best condo in the complex!

We loved our stay here! This condo has the best location of the entire complex--right in front of the beach with good shade overhead. Beautiful views and a huge lanai to enjoy. The complex is quiet and never seemed crowded. We appreciated that the entire complex is non-smoking. The 2 pools were heated & enjoyable. There is a free Kona Shuttle that stops right outside the complex, but be warned that it isn't reliable. It was often 15 minutes early or 30 minutes late. We used the coin laundry (located under the main reception area) once. Bring quarters or you can download the app (signs are next to the machines). It cost $3.25 to wash and dry a load. Bring your own laundry soap as it is not provided. Also be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Dish soap is provided. The cooling system in the condo worked well. We don't like things super cold, so we kept the temp around 76. We also appreciated the ceiling fans throughout the condo. The beds, pillows, and furniture were comfortable. We appreciated the new sponge in the kitchen, too. We rated this 4 stars instead of 5 because we were given the wrong code upon check-in so we had to wait (after a long day of travel) to enter into the complex, there was no informational binder/documents about the condo/area/etc (so helpful when visiting a new place), and the ceiling fans & air vents need cleaning. That being said, we would stay here every time. It's absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful views!

This unit has views that don't stop! With large patio door/windows on 2 sides, along with Lani on 2 sides there are endless views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets! One can spend the day watching fishing charters and parasailers from the comfortable breezes on the Lani. Comfortably furnished as well. The unit does need some maintenance work. The salt spray from being so close to the water has corroded the slide and or wheels on the patio door facing the ocean making it very difficult to open and close. In general the doors and windows may need new seals as we experienced a large amount of fruit flies inside the unit. It is a tropical location and we realize insects come with that. However, this was our sixth trip to the Big Island and have stayed in other Kona locations and have not had the tiny flies inside as we did here. It did not ruin our stay, but was annoying, especially at night. A little maintenance would make this one of the best locations in Kona to stay! Even without it is still pretty nice!

Lovely

Loved the property. The lanai that wraps around is not done justice in the photos. During our stay we observed the tropical fish and crabs right from the lanai. On our last day we even got to see spinner dolphins just feet from us. It's spacious and was so nice we decided to stay an entire day enjoying the amenities on the property versus loading everything up and heading to the beach. Will be back next time we're in Kona. Mahalo.
