Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Eine gute Ferienanlage

Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. in 20 min von Meer entfernt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, mit einem gepflegten Garten und schönen Blick von der Terrasse. Der einzige Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen ist, ist die Check out - Regelung. Zur Abgabe des Schlüssels um 10 Uhr muss man nach Olbia fahren, obwohl auf der Anlage eine Rezeption gibt. Auch besteht keine Möglichkeit, die Koffer irgendwo auf der Anlage stehen zu lassen. Wenn man wie in unserem Fall am späteren Abend zurück fliegt, ist das ein Problem.

Die umgebung +Garten wahr alles sehr schön sehr gepflegt Das appartment muss ich sagen Fehlt an der hiquiene bei der küche war der toaster noch dreckig Das bad zimmer die wc schüssel verdreckt +locker Die dusche hatte noch haar reste Die bettdecken wahren auch nicht sauber Wir mussten sie waschen Beim kreissel rechts gibt es eine wäsche rei und haben alles gebracht Der gärtner sehr freundlich Die anlage parkplatz war super Einfach die zimmer kann man mehr pflegen

il mio voto avrebbe potuto essere ECCELLENTE SE..

Giardino bellissimo e molto curato, tranquillità infinita, ma l'appartamento è poco accogliente, un po' squallido. Manca il micro onde e il frigorifero è senza freezer, chiedo troppo? Io sono rimasta tre settimane e mi avrebbe fatto comodo. Manca anche una persona per poche ore al giorno alla Reception per ritiro, consegna chiavi ed info sui dintorni. A mio avviso sono particolari che servirebbero a valorizzare il Vistavillage. Sarebbe incantevole!
