Located in amenity-rich Ocean View Beach Club and only 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach and the ocean, this home will provide the perfect location for your next vacation. The newly built home offers an open floor plan with a large first-floor living space, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island with additional seating. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor and a front office space with a desk and sofa.

This beautiful home features a second-floor master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and bathroom with dual vanities and oversized walk-in shower. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and daybed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a twin on top, full bottom, and trundle bed are also located on the second floor. In addition, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, flat-screen television, and access to a front porch with seating, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. There are two full-size shared baths with shower/tub combinations on the second floor as well. The second-floor living space provides additional space for watching movies and playing games and comes with a pull-out couch. Consider this beautiful property in the new community Ocean View Beach Club, just 2 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk.

The back patio with grill, dining table, and additional seating provides the perfect space for enjoying meals outside or just relaxing.

Renters may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle all located within a few hundred feet of the property. Amenity passes will be $45 per person for the 2026 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

The property was clean, spacious and perfectly located to the community center. The community pool was literally across the street, which was very convenient, as it made it very easy to take the itty bitties for a swim without having to pack the car.The icing on the cake was that the host was very responsive and accommodating with the questions we had.Our family would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Ocean View Beach Club!

We loved our stay! It was so nice to have a property provide all the towels and sheets. Ann Marie was so great and extremely responsive to coordinate on details before and during our stay. The house had everything (including bikes and beach chairs) and the location was perfect to get to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Spacious House

This house was perfect for our 3 adult children, their spouses and 5 small children. Being able to walk to the pool and gym without packing up everybody in a car was key to restful convenience. The fenced in yard and delightful neighborhood walks were fantastic. We loved the upstairs porch for quiet talks with the grandkids. The pictures are very accurate to the beauty of this house. The family all voted we would choose this house again!

We loved this rental! It was very clean and spacious. The linens being provided was very nice. The kitchen having utensils,plates and cups was also very nice. Everything worked as it should. The pool was across the street which was nice and the drive over to the beach area was short. It’s in a good location. We had a great time and if we would come back we would consider booking this home again. The host is also very responsive and nice. We had no issues with any communication.
