The large garden can be shared; Parking lots available. The next bus stop is 200m in front of the house, the supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. Oberperfuss is ideal for numerous sports such as hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, skiing, winter hikes, horse riding, and much more.

The 45 sqm apartment in the house Sophia has 1 bedroom with double bed l180 x 200 and a closet room. The living room is equipped with a pull-out couch, a kitchen, a television and free WiFi. In the bathroom there is 1 shower and 1 toilet. You look at the beautiful Innsbruck and the mountains.

Manque quelques détails pour le rangement, patères pour pouvoir accrocher des vêtements dans la salle de bain. Et surtout, un rideau occultant pour le matin car le voilage n'arrête pas les rayons du soleil.
