Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn air up to 85, please.
Put used linens (sheets and towels) in the living room, please.
Wash any used dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do require that guests stay on the roads by foot or guided ATVs. No guest vehicles are to access the ranch outside of the Lodge.
Before leaving, strip all bed linens, wash and put up dishes, vacuum, and put dirty linens and towels in white laundry hamper in laundry room.
Turn off all room AC units and central AC unit, lights, lock doors before leaving the Lodge.

Great location. We used this property to film our low budget horror movie and the host was extremely accommodating and made sure our time there enjoyable, the Wheat family are fantastic hosts. I recommend whole-heartedly!
