Lage war schön ruhig, Anlage sauber Die Wohnung ist auf jedenfall Renovierungsbedürftig, Mobiliar wird mit Klebeband gehalten, Wände weisen Nässebildung auf, Toilette/Dusche EG eine Zumutung. Reinigung der Wohnung mangelhaft (Haare vom Vormieter in den Schränken,Staub der letzten Wochen und den Betten, Spinnen etc. in allen Ecken) Einmal und nicht wieder
