Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
I have a strict no pet and no smoking 🚭 rule. Additional cleaning fee of 500.00 if rules are broken.
Check out time is 11:00 am. Unless otherwise agreed upon. A late fee of 90.00 per hour will be added for every hour past 11:00 am to your stay.

From the moment we pulled in to the gravel driveway and saw the manicured lawn and flowers, i knew it would be a great stay. The house is exceptional....clean, well maintained, interesting decor, comfy beds, I cannot rave about the place more. To top it off the hos was welcoming, helped with any questions I had and by the end of our weekend felt like an old friend. Cannot recommend this house enough. Plan on staying any chance we get back to the area for Lehigh football games.

Absolutely charming! Perfect stay to get to know the area. It was just wonderful for my family because of the park across the street and the Nor-Bath walking trail. I spent hours there and just sitting in a chair outside on the lawn watching my kids play. The inside is so pretty and comfy. Highly recommend. The host is so nice and quick to respond!
