The non-smoking apartment 'Litus' is a modern and comfortable apartment for 4-5 people with two bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a living space of approx. 66 m². It is located on the first floor of the house with a separate entrance. In the spacious living room you will find a sofa bed for an additional bed.  The high-quality fitted kitchen includes a stove with oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The modern bathroom with shower is equipped with underfloor heating and an electric towel dryer. The entire window was provided with blinds. A marked parking space belongs to the apartment.

The apartment 'Litus' is a modern and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room (sofa bed) for up to 5 people with a living space of approx. 66 m². The apartment is in a quiet location right on the coastal forest. Through the forest you reach the beautiful sandy beach after about 800m.  The center of Zinnowitz with its diverse shopping opportunities (incl. Bakery, supermarket, drugstore and restaurants) is also within walking distance in about 1.5 km.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. An und Abreise ,sowie Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt . Zinnowitz ist auch im Winter eine Reise wert.
