Nautic 201 - Maritime apartment with a view of Grimmershörn Bay

Apartment on the 2nd Floor of the Haus Nautic, directly in the Grimmershörnbucht and only 50m from the green beach. 35sqm for up to 3 people, living room with luxury sofa bed (180x200cm cold foam mattress), LED TV, radio and dining table, spacious kitchen with oven, bunk for a third person (90x200cm box spring bed). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking space directly at the house. Of course, the swimming pool and sauna in Haus Nautic can be used free of charge.

House Rules / Prices:
Please note when booking: The swimming pool and sauna area in Haus Nautic are closed every year from mid-January to mid-February.

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit schönen maritimen Details. Die komplette Wohnanlage befindet sich direkt am Deich und an der Treppe zum Strand. Strandkorb auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer, mit Kuscheldecke auch in kalten Jahreszeit nutzbar.

Jederzeit wieder. Toller Blick, Schwimmbad auch sehr schön. Was für mich persönlich gefehlt hat war eine Tür zwischen Flur und Wohnzimmer. Oder einen Vorgang für die Kajüte. Das schlimmste war das wir keinen Aufzug hatten. Ich habe Arthrose in beiden Hüften und das war für mich der Horror.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und man kann morgens Am Tisch frühstücken und den Weltschiffahrtsweg beobachten. Auch die Dekoration und das Ambiente sind ideal und angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Wohnung höchstens empfehlen.

Schöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung könnte etwas sauberer sein. Besonders die Rückenlehne vom Stuhl waren sehr verstaubt. Verstopfung der Abflusses vor der Tür sodass das Wasser hoch stand und dhe Fußmatten schwommen. Ansonsten sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit einer Top Aussicht. Leider dachte ich sie wäre mit Aufzug habe extra nachgefragt, da ich es mit der Hüfte habe aber den gab es leider nicht. Ansonsten sehr freundlich bei An und Abreise gewesen. Ich komme wieder aber dann in eine Wohnung mit Aufzug.

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegenen, und gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Spiegel im Bad, für reisende Frauen ungünstig. Leider war die Wohnung nicht geheizt als wir ankamen und es dauert fast 2 Tage bis sie warm war. Deshalb haben wir die erste Zeit sehr gefroren. Im Sommer kein Problem, aber wir reisten im Dezember an und es waren - Grade.

Unangenehm starker Geruch.

Die Wohnung riecht sehr sehr unangenehm stark nach Rauch. Selbst nach 8 Tagen mit ständigem Lüften wurde es nicht besser. Das hat den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung unangenehm gestaltet. Die Wohnungstür klemmt und ist laut. Kontakt mit der Agentur war super, VIELEN Dank!
