The apartment consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, shower / toilet and a south-facing balcony. The apartments are also equipped with a telephone, flat screen TV and stereo. (W) LAN is also available to our guests. With the exception of the kitchen, the furnishings consist exclusively of exclusive Italian furniture.

The house is ecologically heated with wood chips from its own forest. The water treading pool and the swimming pond are supplied with water from their own spring, which is of drinking water quality.

The best way to reach the Renaissance jewel, Kronburg Castle, 50 meters above the guest house is on foot.

On two weekends in November (November 13th - 15th, 2015 and November 20th - 22nd, 2015) the castle opens on the 16th Times his big gates for one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Bavaria.

Lake Constance and the royal castles of Ludwig II can be reached in 40 minutes via the A 96 and A 7.
