Ground floor: spacious, bright and stylishly furnished living room with large flat screen TV and Bose CD radio and open fireplace. W'lan is available. Large dining area and cupboard. Guest toilet with shower, hall kitchen with dishwasher and oven, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of cooking utensils. South terrace on a large plot, garden furniture and parasol. Basement: washing machine and dryer. Upper floor: feel-good bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom with new double bed and fitted wardrobes, 1 bunk room with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with Franz. Double bed. DG: Cozy bedroom with double bed and lots of closet space. A parking space on the property is reserved for you. In the idyllic Keitum, this spacious holiday home awaits you to relax and unwind. In an absolutely quiet location on a small residential street, you can enjoy your precious vacation days in a green oasis. You walk only 200 meters to the center. Here you will find fine boutiques and cozy shops for strolling. Various restaurants and cafés look forward to spoiling your demanding palate. The Wadden Sea is about 1 km away. To the west beach you drive 5 minutes through the green pasture landscape. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
