OCE106A - This immaculate 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style duplex is handicap accessible and located on the beach block of the North end of the boardwalk. Inlet and dining attractions also nearby! 2 car parking, patio area, many new updates and a great value so do not delay! Pets considered on case by case basis and additional fee. Beach badges included. 1st Floor is open concept, fully stocked kitchen with peninsula seating, dining, living room. 1 bedroom with Queen bed and half bath (or can be utilized as a handicap shower). 2nd floor is 1 queen bedroom and other BR is 2 twins. Full bath with tub/shower and laundry on this level.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Great summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Rated all 5 stars, the only downside was not enough seating in the living room. Special thank you to Kassie for hooking us up with C.R.A.B., my husband got to the beach 🏖️ for the first time in years, it made our vacation perfect!

Everything you need to start your vacation is already there for you. Beds made with fresh sheets, beach & bath towels cleaned & wrapped in plastic, 6 beach chairs, triplet osier, paper towels, salt & pepper, olive oil, etc. Location, Location, Location!

Amazing !

This property checked off all the boxes we look for in a rental. It was very clean, updated, and perfect size for us and our two small dogs. We loved the patio our front too. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate when we were there so we spent more time in the house than we anticipated. The location was ideal! Super close to the beach and boardwalk. Then sheets, towels, and beach chairs provided were an added bonus. We cannot wait to come back next year!!
