'WE NOW HAVE OPTIONS FOR BEDS, WE HAVE INSTALLED NEW BEDDING IN BOTH BEDROOMS SO YOU CAN HAVE A KING BED IN YOUR ROOM OR 2 XL TWINS IN YOUR ROOM. Beautiful small home totally renovated in 2022 built in 1935. Beautiful views of Brest Bay on Lake Erie. Private neighborhood. Walk a few blocks to the beach. Walk across the street and go fishing. Relax out on the deck or on the porches. Sterling State park just a few minutes away. Local fishing charters. And ice fishing & hunting in the winter.
If you are a pet owner, pets are not to be left alone in the house.
Fishermen & women, if you want to dock your boat daily or weekly their are 2 different marines close by you can call. Of course you can always park the boat at our rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All beds need to be stripped and bedding left in a pile of each room. All towels need to be left in hampers.

All furniture needs to be put back in the place.

We stayed here for a week and the home was absolutely lovely. It was very clean, bright, and cheerful, and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. One especially thoughtful touch was that the host had decorated for Christmas, which was completely unexpected and made the stay feel extra special. It was a wonderful place to relax, and we really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful property in a great location! By far my favorite property I've stayed at in the area so far! The home was conveniently located to restaurants and the water with a lot of offerings for entertainment near by. This house was so cute and cozy. Remodeled so nicely, huge windows, view of lake, great neighborhood. Communication with the host was fast and easy and they were extremely accommodating to our circumstances. Location is close to town and major stores. High Quality Lakeview Vacation Home

Great Place

Great little house with amazing interior. Super clean and updated. We were in town to visit family so we decided to stay here vs a hotel a mile up the road. We will most likely stay there again.
