On the ground floor is the living room with an integrated kitchen and a guest toilet. In the basement you will find the shower room and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Wellness Bereich, kleines Schwimmbad, Trimmfahrrad, 2 Saunen. Zum Wieker Hafen mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei, da das Schlafzimmer, Dusche im Untergeschoss liegen.
