A great apartment with some limitations

This vacation rental is the first floor of a private home, where the owners live upstairs. The house is on a quiet street close to the river and town center. Owners are friendly, and the apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with a well-equipped kitchen. There are several cautions, however. 1) There's no air conditioning and no fan on the premises. Kitzingen can be uncomfortably hot in the summer although it does cool down at night. 2) No laundry facilities are available, and none nearby. This can be a challenge for those staying for more than a few days. 3) While within walking distance of virtually everything Kitzingen has to offer, the apartment is located on a rather steep hill, which can be a strenuous walk for older guests.

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben ein sehr schöne Zeit gehabt in diese nette FeWo in der nähe von Kitzingen Zentrum. Bei gutes Wetter ist der Garten, mit Apfelbaum, sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber (Familie) ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Eine schöne und entspannte Zeit

Eine sehr nette und engagierte Gastgeberfamilie! Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr zentrale Lage, kurze Wege zum Zentrum und zum Main. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto und auch ein Häuschen für Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr angenehme Ferienwoche am Maindreieck

Die Stadt Kitzingen und die Umgebung im Maindreieck und Steigerwald hat uns sehr gut gefallen (viele schöne und meist gut beschilderte Radwege!), ebenso die Ausflüge nach Bamberg und Würzburg. In der schönen und sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung der sehr freundlichen Gastgeber haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können diese FeWo mit gutem Gewissen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Objekt ist in allen Belangen empfehlenswert. Einzig einen vernünftigen Kühlschrank in Griffhöhe hätten wir uns gewünscht. Das vorhandene Gerät reicht für „2 Personen x verlängertes WE“ gerade so aus und man muss sich bis zum Boden runter bücken. Wer das verschmerzen kann, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Reise nach Kitzingen

Wir können diese FeWo sehr empfehlen. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr zentral so daß man die Stadt Kitzingen auch zu Fuß erkunden kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Dann gab es gleich noch eine Empfehlung zur besten Eisdiele, Wegbeschreibung und auch noch Sightsseing- und Veranstaltungstipps. In der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung findet sich ein ganzes Regal mit Tipps und Infos zu Kitzingen und Umgebung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung größer als die Bilder ahnen lassen. Trotz hochsommerlicher Temperaturen war es angenem kühl und im Gartenanteil konnten wir unterm Apfelbaum die Seele baumeln lassen. Von der Ferienwohnung aus kann über zahlreiche kleine Gassen in wenigen Minuten die Innenstadt erreicht werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!
