The apartment "Dünennest" was completed in spring 2014 and is located in the apartment house 'Käpt'n Brass' 1st floor (elevator), apartment 11. • The apartment is on the 1st Floor (elevator available) and has a bright living and dining area with a comfortable fitted kitchen as well as a cozy bedroom, hallway with built-in wardrobe and modern bathroom. • Both from the bedroom and the living area you can reach a 12 sqm sunny south-facing balcony with balcony furniture and an extensive view of the meadows and dikes. • The apartment can be completely shaded by electric shutters. A flat screen TV is available in both the bedroom and the living room. • The apartment is equipped with free WiFi. • The fully equipped kitchen offers you a dishwasher, a stove with ceramic hob, a spacious fridge-freezer, a microwave and lots of storage space. • The apartment house has a bicycle storage room. • The apartment has two private parking spaces. Sehr erholsam

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand. Checkin und out problemlos. Es ist gemütlich ,trotz Teppich mit großem Fleck und sehr verkalkter Dusche. Herd war verkrustet. Geschirr teils kalkig. Staub auf Böden ,Fußleisten,Spinnweben. Trotzdem für uns ein guter Kurzurlaub.

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die wir bewohnten

Die Wohnung ist super schön geschnitten und eingerichtet alles ist stimmig. Besonders positiv waren die Fliegengitter an den Balkon-Schiebetüren. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz, kürzer geht‘s garnicht mehr. Diese Wohnung können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, mit einem schönen Balkon. Das Inventar war reichhaltig, die Wohnung hell und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen, ebenso die Lage nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser entfern.

Wunderschönes, modernes Wohnen direkt am Strand

Eine wunderschöne moderne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte. Picobello sauber und so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Die Abwicklung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Strandnähe ist unschlagbar. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und komme auch selbst gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner, ruhiger Lage mit top Ausstattung. Es findet sich alles, was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Von hier aus lässt sich der gesamte Darß per Inlineskater, Rad oder Auto erleben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderschöner Novemberurlaub

Perfekt ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Besonders die Küchenutensilien ließen keine Wünsche offen, vom Mixer über Toaster bis zu einem erstklassigen Korkenzieher war alles vorhanden. Direkt hinter den Dünen kann man auch im November von der überdachten Terrasse mit Glühwein das Meer rauschen hören. Für das Sehen müssen nur ein paar Schritte über die Düne getan werden und man steht an einem herrlichen breiten Sandstrand. Das Inserat hielt, was es verspricht, sauber, gepflegt, super Lage, traumhaft. Und die Vermieter und die Agentur waren ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Diese Fewo wird uns nicht das letzte Mal gesehen haben.

Es fing schon mit dem netten Kontakt sowohl zum Vermieter als auch zur Agentur an... Bei der Anreise dachten wir dann: Oh, wir wohnen in einem Bunker! Aber die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und für uns 2 Personen ideal, Highlight im Treppenhaus: Der Architekt hat sich mit einer großzügigen doppelläufigen Treppe mit innenliegendem Glasaufzug verwirklicht. Die Wohnung war super sauber und ansprechend möbliert. Bei Nachfragen reagierte die Agentur prompt! Der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Deich (Fußweg von der Wohnung ca. 150 m) und extrem lang und auch schön breit. Aldi/Edeka, Eisdiele, Fahrradverleih ca. 1 km Restaurants fußläufig Alles in Allem: Gerne jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

Sofort wieder - traumhaftes Wohnen in den Dünen

Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Neiseke. Die Wohnung hält alle Versprechen und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos - modern, sauber, top ausgestattet und eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Wir mieten seit Jahren Ferienwohnungen am Meer und haben schon einiges gesehen. Diese Wohnung hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder - der nächste Sommer kommt bestimmt, vielleicht auch schon ein Kurztrip im Februar? Die umgebende Landschaft ist herrlich, entschleunigend und mit dem Rad kommt man über den Deich überall schnell und unkompliziert hin. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter und sagen: bis bald :-). F. und M.T. aus E.

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Wir waren bereits zweimal im "Dünennest" und fühlen uns dort rundum wohl. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sie ist hell und freundlich. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Deich, über den man zum Meer gelangt, ist wirklich perfekt.
