Parkplatz war direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Beleuchtung in der Küche und im Badezimmer teilweise defekt, ein Bett stark durchgelegen, Fernsehempfang zum z. T. stark verpixelt, Kochgeschirr teilweise unbrauchbar (Teflonbeschichtung in Pfanne beschädigt). Sauberkeit i. O.

In die Jahre gekommenes ehemaliger Geheimtipp

Insgesamt war zwar alles ok, das heißt wir konnten uns dort zurechtfinden. Die Wohnung wies aber einige Schwachpunkte auf, die unserer Ansicht nach an der Nachlässigkeit des Vermieters liegen. Wlan funktionierte nicht! Keine Beseitigung des Fehlers. Keine Anleitungen für Elektrogeräte vorhanden! Ameisenboxen standen in den Ecken und natürlich begegnete man auch Ameisen. Der oft übliche Schimmel im Bad. Die Autos aller Mieter parkten direkt vor der Haustür. Unbequeme Sitzmöbel und schwere Stühle, sichtbar abgewohnte Möbel. An allen Ecken der 30 Jahre alte Charme des Vergänglichen. Keine Aufforderung zur Mülltrennung, Folge: Alle Mieter diverser Appartments schmeissen alles in den Restmüll welcher überquillt und die Möven richten ein unansehnliches Chaos an. Das Mantra von der Agentur Sylt Apartments "Wir reden viel und sind nett aber bei Reklamationen unternehmen wir NICHTS!"
