With separate entrance and driveway, the 950 sq ft space with 1 bedroom (King or 2 Twin XLs), 1 bath and kitchenette with hotplate etc. is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers or anyone who likes to be downtown and close to nature.

Just off of Acker Park, the property is a short bike ride or drive to Goldwater lake and the Prescott Circle Trail system. .

Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with clear views of the mountains surrounding Prescott and its city lights, you are likely see deer, javelina, coyotes and other wildlife amble through the yard. The apartment is on the first floor of a custom home and has its own entrance and a spacious deck for you alone.

Home away from Home

Needed an extended stay of a month. The property, though in beautiful location was GPS difficult to find. But communicating with property manager was easy and Troy was excellent to work with. He was genuinely understanding of any concerns we had and he addressed them quickly. He was a great host. We highly recommend this place!!

Owner was very accommodating and friendly!! The rental was very roomy and comfortable!! Had the option of a king bed or twin beds, opted for the twin beds that were very comfortable!! Would stay again!!

High speed internet. We have the fastest plan available and have had TVs and multiple devices streaming video conferences at one time with no issues.
