Hello! Thank you for the review and for your stay. I show the deposit as refunded for the dates you checked in- May 2nd. Please double check and email me if you don't show it being refunded. On my end it was done. Thanks again! Those couches are reported to me as being the most comfortable couches on earth but as such, they are soft and can attract lint or hair. Our cleaner is a perfectionist but I'll be sure to pass this info along to her! Thanks!

I'm so sorry for the challenges you had! You are right about the oven not working and we are replacing it now. The couches are being replaced this week as well. We've always had great reviews because we keep things so clean and cozy but I'm sorry if this wasn't your experience! I have to note- as for wildlife, we have purposely left the yard unfenced because most people head up to the woods in hopes of seeing wildlife and by fencing the yard, we'd essentially be keeping the deer and javelina out. We like them in the yard! Thanks for fencing the porch but that is a personal preference and not a negative about our property. Thanks for the information though- we will always try to improve!
