House by the Sea App. 037 Location: As the name suggests, the house by the sea is located directly on the Westerland beach between the two pedestrian zones. Apartment No. 37 is on the first floor and has a view of the sea. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 25 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the living room there is a double fold-away bed, a small couch and the dining area. The kitchenette is in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower. W'Lan is available to you free of charge A parking space can be rented, depending on availability, outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
