Villa Holgenbach is a beautiful (family) home with fantastic views, plenty of space inside and out and fully equipped. The villa is located in the Eifel National Park and is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Schleiden.

Villa Holgenbach is a beautiful holiday home and consists of two separate holiday flats (Penthouse Holgenbach on the upper floor and holiday flat Holgenbach on the lower floor). The flats can be rented separately, but also together as a whole holiday home. This makes the villa particularly suitable for a large family, for a holiday with 3 generations, for 2 families, for friends who want to enjoy all the activities and nature of the Eifel together, etc. Thanks to the 2 separate flats, you can go away together, but there is also the possibility for privacy. The layout of the villa suits this perfectly. Because Penthouse Holgenbach is much more spacious, you can eat and relax together with the whole family or with both families. There is room for everyone, plenty of crockery, an extra large fridge and outside you can all eat together at the large table and enjoy the beautiful view together!

The villa is located in Schleiden in a quiet street within walking distance of the centre. The villa has a beautiful view and perfect sun exposure. There is free WiFi, Smart TV (incl. Chromecast, so you can watch everything you are used to at home by watching from your phone/tablet or logging into the apps of Netflix etc.) and cable TV channels available. There is free parking (including a garage). Schleiden is located in the beautiful Eifel National Park. You can go cycling and hiking directly from the villa. Many other activities in the immediate vicinity.

Penthouse Holgenbach (upper floor) has 2 bedrooms, a large living room (with large sofa bed), a large cosy wood-burning stove and dining area, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. It is a wonderfully spacious flat. There is a large terrace of 75-100 m² with fantastic views, several seating, dining and relaxing furniture, trampoline, barbecue and garage.

Holiday flat Holgenbach (basement) has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and toilet, a living room and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. From the eat-in kitchen you have direct access to the spacious balcony/terrace with dining table, lounge chairs, BBQ and parking space next to the garage.

The network of charging stations is constantly being expanded by the regional energy supplier E-region. Cars can be charged at more and more locations in the Eifel. There are also (fast) charging points just a few minutes' walk from Villa Holgenbach in Schleiden.

Villa Holgenbach is located in Schleiden, 500 m from the centre. There are several restaurants and shops. The bus stop is 500 metres away. The hiking trails start directly in front of the house. The cul-de-sac ends after about 300 metres in the countryside. The Eifelsteig, Wildernistrail and Rur-Olef routes run through the municipality of Schleiden. In Gemünd you will find the Eifel National Park gateway. You can download various hiking routes with distances from 1.3 km to 23.1 km and cycle routes from the Schleiden town website. The Dieffenbach outdoor adventure pool is within walking distance. There is a hospital, several general practitioners and dentists.

There is a lot to discover and do in the area. A visit to Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Koblenz, Trier and Maastricht is highly recommended. All cities can be reached within an hour to just over an hour by car. Or visit the wine regions in the Ahr Valley or on the Moselle. Further tips: Monschau, Blankenheim and Bad Münstereifel, Nürburgring, Phantasialand, Rursee, Kronenburger See, Kyllradweg, Vennbahn, Ahr-Radweg, Weißer Stein winter sports area in Udenbreth and the wildlife reserve in Hellenthal.
