New 2 bedroom cottage house sleeps 7 on 214 ft lake frontage!

This is an above a huge garage mother in law apartment. Newly built, 2 bedrooms, lake views and on Lake Nebagamon with 214 ft of lake frontage. 2 acres, share a dock, bring a boat or rent one of mine for $495/day. There is 4 bedroom 2 bath cabin in front of this apartment. Shared lot I own both but you have access to the lake and fire pit also.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
