This spot can not be beat, as it's right off of Fayetteville's main highway and just few minutes from the University of Arkansas.

Centrally located to many attractions in Fayetteville. Easy access to main roads. Having a garage for parking was an added bonus because the weather got interesting.

The neighborhood was not what I was expecting, but it was a quiet neighborhood and the house was immaculate. The host was quick to respond and house had everything we needed.

We booked this as a last minute stay while my child attended a golf camp in town. Easy to find. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to the university. House was very clean and well furnished. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The property was just as they described. It was an excellent day. I also appreciate the fact that it was very close to everything and easy to get on and off the interstate which means sightsee in the Fayetteville area very easy. If I were back in the area, I would request this place again.

Great overall property with a secure garage. This is the cleanest property we've stayed. Add an airfryer and it will be perfect.

This property is very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and everything worked well. The AC works well, the garage is perfect for our SUV rental with direct access to the house, and the kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking. The window treatments provide nice privacy from the outside world.The communication with the managers was prompt and friendly. Maricela was helpful and put in extra effort when we needed a helping hand. She let us know immediately that we left something behind and coordinated with us to get the items back.The neighbors were quiet but the neighborhood isn't as great as the house itself. Don't plan on hanging outside, just inside, which has comfortable sofas and a plush recliner and is spacious enough for a family to spread out for quiet time, or gather in the family room for together time.
