Centrally located in NW Arkansas. Minutes to Childrens Hospital of NW Arkansas, Razorback Greenway, Tyson's Headquarters, JB Hunt Home Office, Arvest Ballpark, Rodeo grounds and many others. 18 minutes to the Razorback's games.!!
Cozy private space with everything you need while in town. Enjoy the garden outback . Smoking on patio ok. We live in a duplex and you will have the 1 bedroom side apartment. The marbled morning sun is a great place to have coffee. The evening shade on the patio is a great place to unwind.
Well lit covered parking available.
We are available if you need anything or could use some information about the area.

Jerry is extremely nice & welcoming! Great location if going to a Hog game, and very nice & cozy place to stay. Even the couch bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying there! I'm an Arkansas alumni & go up there (live in Dallas) for at least 1 game a year...this is where I'll stay every time!!!

Nice property and location

This place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Awesome location to visit places in Springdale, Fayettevill, and Rogers. I loved decorations and the style of the property. The owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Quaint and Comfy Stay

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Communication with owner was wonderful. The little hideaway was so cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay and will be back soon for our son's graduation at JBU!! I would highly recommend this place!

UArk Parents Weekend

My husband and I drove into town to visit our Razorback for parents weekend and this place was perfect!!! Close enough to Fayetteville but far enough from the traffic of parents weekend. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

Great accommodation in NWA

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Everything you need and more in the kitchen, plenty of room and lovely backyard. We chose this location to be closer to hiking but easy access to Bentonville for the museums and dining. Thrilled we had the carport coverage due to spring thunderstorms.

College Move In

This was a great house to stay in for our weekend campus move in. Daughter is going to UArk and we needed a safe place not too far from campus and this was perfect. Clean, easy to get to and had everything we needed. Would recommend to other parents needing similar accommodations.

MUCH better than any hotel!

This place was comfy & cozy and was equipped with all the essentials, plus some! Not to mention the beautiful oasis in the backyard of various flowers and gardens of vegetables! The host was so friendly and easily accessible! It was also located away from the noise but still in the heart of town. I’m so glad we decided to stay here, and if we ever need to come back to NWA we’ll come back to this rental!

Weekend Getaway

The Cozy Hideaway was great for a weekend wedding. The location was central and close to good food, entertainment and peace and quiet. The owner clearly communicates information for your stay and is available if assistance is needed. The Hideaway was clean, nicely decorated, and all equipment fully operational. There was bountiful gardens for your viewing and enjoyment. Would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity visit Springdale. Thanks for a great weekend.

Best kept secret in NW Arkansas

This is the best vacation location I've found in 10 years visiting the Fayetteville - Rogers area. I found the location to be easily accessible to all the attractions in this area. My hosts were quick to respond to my questions and offered helpful suggestions for shopping and dining. I found the apartment extremely clean and well stocked with paper supplies and linens. I'd advise anyone needing accommodations in this area to reserve quickly - it won't remain a secret for long.

Home away from Home

This truly felt like our home. Kelly and Jerry were wonderful hosts and thought of anything you might need or want and maybe forgot to bring. The decor was cozy and homey. Perfect location, perfect hosts!

The house is immaculate and very charming. Anything you could need to be home away from home is there, plus plenty of interesting knick knacks to add charm and intrigue. A cozy couch and ultra comfortable bed make napping between your activities a little *too* easy, lol. The property itself is less than 30 minutes away from a plethora of interests and attractions. Jerry and Kelly are unobtrusive, but quick to help with suggestions about the area, if needed. You will not regret choosing this location!

More Than We Could've Expected!

Every element of our stay exceeded our expectations. This place was SO comfortable, and clean, with so many unlisted/unexpected amenities. The hosts provided for everything we might need ahead of time, so there was no need to ask them for anything. Instead, we could just visit and chat with them. Jerry went above and beyond!! Cozy gem

Jerry and Kelly were the friendliest and most welcoming hosts ever! We felt like returning family from the moment we arrived. The bedroom had a nice closet, and the bed was very comfortable. The living room was very comfortable and had some really cool and fascinating decor. The kitchen was cozy and had everything we needed. The patio and fenced backyard were pretty cool, too. There were many personal touches that Jerry and Kelly did to make us feel welcome: fire pit with wood ready to light, container with fresh, filtered drinking water, whiteboard with welcome message and wifi info, etc. This place is a cozy gem in the middle of NW Arkansas!

Very comfortable and cozy

Great location in the middle of town, easy to get to, very comfortable bed, very clean, the central heat/air worked very good, nice space for a couple, carport for our car, nice host, everything we needed for a quiet cozy getaway. They even had books I enjoyed reading at night, especially the Tim Ernst Arkansas books. There is also a great place to eat breakfast called "Susan's" right down the road. Would definitely recommend and return when we're in NWA.
