Villa Cara Mia is a beautiful 3 bed, (all en-suite) fully air conditioned villa in a quiet area of Carvoeiro only 10 mins walk to the village. With 2 double bedrooms and one twin, a spacious comfortable lounge and dining area and modern kitchen with every utility/utensil we could think of supplying, All 3 en-suite bathrooms have been recently refurbished to a high modern standard. Cara Mia is an excellent choice for families of up to 6. The heated pool is directly in front of the villa itself and the views are fabulous. The villa has fencing around the pool area for additional child security, complete with a lockable gate upon request. There are several outdoor sitting areas for al fresco dining in the evening and with underwater pool lighting plus wall lights illuminating the area, it makes for a fabulous ambiance in the evening. The sun sets almost directly in front of the villa and the views at dusk are breathtaking. Access to the spacious roof terrace is via a set of steps to the rear of the villa and the views are jaw-dropping. Having a glass of wine at dusk watching the sunset, is just beautiful. For shade during the hot afternoons, there are two automatic sun shades operated by remote control plus there are plenty of parasols around the pool area. There are several sunbeds for guests relaxation too. The pool has a solar powered Heat Siphon pool heater upon request.

At the rear, there is a spacious garden where children can play safely as it is fully enclosed. There is also a rear terrace with table and chairs for relaxation and a gas BBQ. This villa has every ingredient for a fun packed safe family holiday. The villa is fully licensed with the Town Hall under the Alojamento Local License (AL). AL 252/2014. Max up to 6 adults (or mixture of children/adults) plus 1 baby. For July and August max is 6 in total. Air con is in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge.
