This beautiful vacation rental is the upper unit of a 2-story house and boasts stunning water views.

This property boasts spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, and a balcony.

All bedrooms and living room feature large picture windows that offer breathtaking views of the Strait.

The master room comes with a split king bed that can be adjusted using a remote control, as well as an attached bathroom. The guest room features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, and a main bathroom is located in the hallway.

The spacious living room is equipped with binoculars for bird and ship watching, while the kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The dining table comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

The extra bedroom, also known as the sunroom, includes a washer and dryer and two single size pull out sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning views and listening to the relaxing sounds of the ocean.

Guests have full access to the entire upper unit of this two-story home and will be provided with a smart lock for self check-in.

The unit has a private entrance through the front door and is completely separate from the lower-level unit.

The regular nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Please make sure your reservation shows the correct number of overnight guests.

Please note that parties and events are not allowed. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this rule is violated.

We kindly request that you remove your shoes upon entering the house and use the cutting board when preparing food to protect the countertop.

To ensure the privacy of the residents staying in the lower unit, we ask that you please avoid accessing the backyard.

House quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house and we kindly request that you do not throw cigarette butts on the lawn. We also do not allow pets on the premises.

The designated parking spot is located in front of the garage door.

Check-in is available after 4pm and check out is before 11am.



Checkout instructions:

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, heaters, and fans and lock the door behind you. We will take care of all the trash, dishes, and laundry after your check-out.
