🎡 STAY MINUTES FROM THE STATE FAIR OF TEXAS! 🎡
Enjoy a beautifully furnished 1-bedroom condo on historic Swiss Avenue with a queen bed, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, 65” Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and in-unit laundry. Guests also receive complimentary access to our Gaston Wellness Retreat, about 5 minutes away, with a pool, sauna, cold plunge, gym, co-working lounge, and margarita machine. The jacuzzi/hot tub is currently unavailable for the season.

Our team is available by phone, text, or through the booking platform if you need assistance during your stay. For in-person assistance, our Leasing Office is available from 9 AM–6 PM.

Located on historic Swiss Avenue in Dallas, with convenient access to Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, Uptown, and Knox-Henderson. These areas are generally less than 10 minutes away by car or rideshare. Buckner Park is about a 10-minute walk away, with local dining, cafes, and entertainment nearby.

The Place is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

This place is awesome! Private parking included, modern amenities and the host, Andrew, is just a phone call away. The unit is equipped with all the amenities that you need in a home away from home. It boast a lovely flower garden with fountains and benches! We stayed for 6 days and it was a short drive to the convention center, Deep Elum, and all the city's attractions. Highly recommend!
