This apartment is beautiful & equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, from the espresso machine to the kitchen stocked with dishes, pans, etc. and the well-appointed yet comfortable furniture, and extra touches like bathrobes & slippers. My family and I had a great retreat over the Thanksgiving holiday. Simpatico is top notch, better than any hotel in Syracuse. The thoughtful details the Owner and Manager made to insure our happiness were above and beyond! Make sure to book a stay or two here… you won’t regret it. :D Happy holidays!

Graduation family trip

Our stay was perfect. It’s a lovely home in a really nice neighborhood. Simpatico had everything you could think of and so much more! The owners did a wonderful job making us feel welcome including a welcome basket of treats! The beds were very comfortable and everything was just so cozy and comfortable. Bravo to the owners for thinking of so much detail, making their place one of the best places we have ever stayed! I highly recommend it!

cute honeymoon getaway

We absolutely loved this little get away, for it being a shared house it felt incredibly private. The apartment itself is so nice, cozy, and so cute. The hosts knew it was our honeymoon and left us a little message welcoming us, some restaurants to try, and some wine & chips with dip. Highly recommend. The only thing I will say is the hosts use a lotttttt of smell goods (air fresheners and candles and such), I'm not very sensitive to smells and the first day it was a bit overwhelming so if you're sensitive to smells I wouldn't choose this one.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! I’m going to clarify a couple things. It isn’t a shared space, It’s an apartment and there are 2 rentals in the building owned by different owners. There isn’t anything shared outside either except the driveway. Apologies for the scent, but the last guest left a horrible odor in the apt and I figured you’d rather smell that then an old swampy, wet dog mixed with burnt food. We don’t normally use such heavy cleaning products and candles.

A home away from home! ✨

Lisa and Heather made my partners birthday spectacular. Once you walk in you are welcomed by a beautiful smell and cozy atmosphere! They even provided a cookie cake and champagne for us to celebrate the occasion which relieved me of the stress of more running around. I couldn’t ask for better host! Vrbo is blessed to have host such as these two! Guys Book and don’t think twice about it! It’s worth it and the view to die for! 💖✨
