Conveniently located close to grocery stores, downtown Lake Orion, the Polly-Ann Trail and Indianwood Golf Course and country club. Pontoon boat available for an additional fee & valid drivers license 21 y/o+.

This was an awesome place, just 2 hrs from family we were visiting in the thumb, a quiet lake, renovated cottage, and the photos were what you got. Great communication with the owners, and we would highly recommend it. Great for our multiple ages of kids.

Delightful

Great location for our family reunion. Local family was able to motor their boat to the dock and fish. Out of town family enjoyed the comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. It was an ideal gathering spot. We all enjoyed the view, kayaks, paddle boards, grill, and making s’mores at the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay!

Place was perfect! Just as described and comfortable for a longer stay. Property manager was great, immediately responding to questions and addressing any issues (the water softener needed more salt), and making sure we were comfortable!

We loved the location. The place was well suppplied. It had all we needed for oudoor fun. Most of all it was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. We would rent it all over again.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a great vacation everything was very clean and the owner John was very attentive and came over to change the propane when it was out and also was responsive to our questions. The view was amazing and the fish were definitely biting. Great place to stay
