The downstairs apartment was in a location that was convenient to everything in Lincoln. It was clean and comfortable. It was well furnished with linens and bath supplies. The only drawback was it could get a little noisy from people in the parking area just outside the bedroom window. Overall, a good place to stay in Lincoln.

This was the cleanest property we've stayed at. Our host was prompt to respond and directions for entry were clear. So nice to have a parking spot and this place is easy to find...a senior driver appreciates that! Comfy and quiet too.

Fantastic Downtown Location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Just blocks from the capitol building, the historic atmosphere and architecture made this location especially nice. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and clean. The accommodations were just what we were looking for to get a good nights sleep and place to decompress. We highly recommend this host for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Lincoln.

Grandma’s visiting granddaughter

Loved the building, and the fact that our condo was downstairs. Cleanliness was top-notch. Liked the location, so close to campus. Only drawback, as my granddaughter put it, the neighborhood was “sketchy”.
