Sleeping arrangements

The first bedroom features a king bed and a private bath with both a shower and tub, while the second bedroom offers another king bed and private bath with a shower. A third bedroom on the second floor includes a queen bed. In the living room, a full-size pullout sofa provides additional sleeping space.

Beach Rules

Private chairs and canopies are not permitted from March to October. Guests must rent additional chairs from the beach chair vendor on site (Spyglass). Additional chair setups (2 Chairs + 1 Umbrella) are $35/Day.

The beach access is for Sugar Dunes renters and owners only. No visiting guests are permitted to use the private beach.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
