This charming home features one bedroom, a fully updated kitchen, renovated bathroom, and a spacious living room that can double as a spare bedroom. **Long Term Guests Welcome!

This is the downstairs unit of a 2 family building. Private entrance for both units
Welcome to Cozy Cambridge! We`re happy to have you!

Netflix available on TV. Use remote and press the `Home` button to access wifi enables TV apps etc. Netflix account has already been linked and created for our guests.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Parking: You can park on the driveway to the left the house OR on the street. Street parking is FREE at this location!

Please be mindful of gas stove knobs when working within the kitchen and make sure all are fully off when leaving the unit.

Although the counters may seem to be a wonderful surface to cut on, please be mindful to use provided cutting boards instead for food prep and for hot items!

Cracking a window when showering will help with ventilation / steam reduction.


Everything should be prepared for your stay upon your arrival. We ask that upon your departure, you complete the following items prior to checking out:

1. Please empty all food items from the refrigerator and kitchen into the garbage. Garbage if full may be taken into the garage into the black trash can on the side of the home on the driveway. Recycling items may be put in the green receptacle on the side of the home as well.

2. Please put all dishes used into the dishwasher and start the wash cycle with the provided dishwasher pod (under the sink)

3. Please put all used towels from the kitchen and bathrooms into the bathtub. White bathmats that were used may also be placed in the bathtub for cleaning.

Very nice unit-easy in and out. Safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping/ restaurants in Marimont. The unit was clean and nicely decorated with everything needed for our stay. Would stay again when in Cincinnati.

Nicely furnished, great location.

We enjoyed our time in this well outfitted and nicely decorated house. Plenty of places within walking distance for coffee and meals too. Will surely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Perfect size and location, nicely decorated and clean

Excellent location with quiet streets and/or walking trail to restaurants, etc. Property is updated and tastefully decorated, very clean. Nice front porch, nice kitchen, plenty of room for a couple and a child or two, plus a dog. We very enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Cutest neighborhood, very accessible. Darling property. Clean, updated. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. K-cup coffee pods and sweetener ready for the morning were a very nice touch. The only tricky thing was parking. The upper unit shares a parking space in the driveway, so only one car can park in the driveway unless you can coordinate. Street parking was not hard, but just something to be aware of.

Mariemont Central

Property is central to Mariemont, Indian Hill. Lots of outdoor activities nearby, plenty of restaurants. Minimal traffic. Home is comfortable, functional for two. Our second stay. Plan to return.

This cute little home (ground floor apartment) was perfect for us! Well equipped; nicely located to walk around the Village of Mariemont. Loved sitting out back at night around the firepit. Host was responsive throughout the booking and stay. Highly recommend The Cozy Cambridge.

Clean, comfortable, cozy Cambridge

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay on Cambridge Avenue and look forward to a return visit. The rooms were brightly decorated and featured comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with ample refrigerator, gas range, and Keurig coffee maker. It would be excellent for an extended stay. The extra pillows in the bedroom were much appreciated. Central a/c was certainly appropriate on a very warm Cincinnati weekend.

Property itself was well decorated and cute! Cream in refrig was curdled but everything else was provided. I had asked host to communicate with me re: check-in via text as portal was harder to access; he did not. Street was all tore up; only able to access the property through another route. No parking on street so we were left to juggle with the other people staying on the site for the driveway. Would have appreciated a heads up as construction has been long-standing. No local TV - only roku/netflix.

The apartment itself was wonderful. However, there was a significant road construction project going on in front of the apartment. The construction made getting to the apartment and parking very difficult. There was no warning or mention of this situation in the listing.This was truly the only drawback of our stay but this presented a significant difficulty. Especially with the upstairs apartment rented.According to City of Mariemont; On 8/25/2025 work began removing the street pavement on Cambridge Avenue starting at Grove Ave and moving west. Gravel will be placed to provide access until the asphalt pavement can be replaced.The next neighbor indicated the progress has been slow and no end in sight for this construction project.

Cambridge Cottage

This is a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. House is comfortable, nicely furnished and well stocked. We had difficulty getting the host to refund our security deposit. We had no damage. We did an inquiry through the website, called VRBO, who called the host and had to place another call ourselves. It was over two weeks. Be sure to keep an eye on this.

Had messaged about checking in an hour early…told me cleaning crew had not been there yet. Stopped by to see if crew would let us drop off our bags so we wouldn’t have to take them to my husband’s gig. No one was there except another guest upstairs who told us the parking had been awful and she was leaving because of it. There is only half of the street because the other side is tore up and no parking is allowed. We came back after husband’s band finished at Milford Porch Festival and the same pack of raisins were still on the cinder block stairs. I would have thought that the cleaning crew would have disposed of them. Later we walked to dinner and when we came back the lady upstairs yelled at us for not leaving her parking room, but she told us she was leaving earlier that day. It was a bit uncomfortable. The space is very nicely decorated & comfortable.
