Freshly remodeled and conveniently located, just 8 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown or the hillside trails, Campbell Creek Trail access is a short walk away, convenience stores and coffee shops are close.

To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations for any guests considering booking our property out of the way first:

- This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted on our property, inside or outside.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation.
- Downstairs unit, 4 carpeted steps required to access.

The downstairs unit (4 carpeted steps down from ground level) in a townhome style duplex, a spacious 1250 square feet, both bedrooms are large and airy, and the open concept living area is welcoming and warm with a leather sofa, comfy chairs, and chic modern farmhouse style.

Our King Suite features a comfortable mattress our guests love, and a Smart TV. The XL double twin beds in the other room can easily convert to a King if preferred. Bedrooms feature quality linens and room-darkening window coverings. We also have a new "boneless" sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 people. We've included everything you need for an easy, breezy stay!

This home is located in a convenient area, with a large yard and plenty of parking. Quick access to shopping, dining, coffee, the airport, trails, and lots of other fun Anchorage landmarks. Target, Costco, and some of our favorite restaurants are all a short drive or walk away. Nearest cross streets are Dimond and Arctic.

Tuck your feet up and settle in! You'll find games to play and three Smart TV's. (Please note, guests may use their own login information to utilize the streaming service of their choice, we do not have cable).

If you're inclined to stay in touch with the office, you'll appreciate the high speed, super FAST WiFi and large desk that make working remotely easy.
