We loved staying at River Dreams. Very clean. Beautiful set up. The only issues we had was the noise from the road and the wifi. You can see and hear the traffic going by and we tried to get on wifi and could not. The login info for that did not work at all.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at River Dreams and appreciated the cleanliness and setup. We’re sorry for the issues with the Wi-Fi and road noise. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon!
Fantastic property! Everything was exactly like it looks in the pictures. The sharp turn in the gravel driveway was a bit challenging as I drive a Ford F350 dually, but the road is well maintained, and I just took it slow and had no trouble. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the river is beautiful! It is a peaceful neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the driveway; that's a great tip for other guests with larger vehicles. We're happy to hear you had a peaceful visit and hope to welcome you back again soon!
The lodging was very good, with an indoor whirlpool tub, located at the end of a deadens lane, by a creek and surrounded by woods. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and a great week of shows and fun in Pigeon Forge.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you had a unique wildlife encounter with the bear on the porch!
We're very sorry to hear that your stay wasn't entirely satisfactory and that you left earlier than planned. We do want to clarify a few points: this unit is equipped with an electric cooktop and a toaster oven for cooking, and there is a TV. We were not aware it wasn't working, and we checked our records but couldn't find any communication from you about it. We encourage guests to reach out to us immediately during their stay if anything isn't to their satisfaction so we can address it right away.
We hope you'll consider staying with us again for a more enjoyable experience!
The home sits right up next to the National forest property line. Very peaceful and cozy. The bathroom is small and dated, so if that is a must for you, then this is not the place for you. For me and my partner we don’t need all the bells and whistles. Great place to relax!

Dream Catcher was very unique. I loved the large skylight. The area outside was very relaxing, listening to the creek at night while sitting by the fire was wonderful! Access to the creek was easy. I will definitely be planning another stay!
What a beautiful, peaceful respite for this tired therapist and my Saint Bernard! Thank you for everything!

Hi! Thank you for staying with us and the honest review. Hopefully you made some great memories here in the Smokies. Looking forward to having you with us again.
Cabin and accomodations were great. We had a little difficulty finding the location because of a wrong turn, but eventually we're able to locate it with some assistance from the campground personnel. Clean, comfortable rooms and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to settle into quickly. Large Jacuzzi was a bonus at the end of the day to relax and sooth legs and feet. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for accommodations near the Great Smokey Mountains.

Hello! Thank you for staying with us. We are excited to hear that you enjoyed your stay & had everything you needed. Yes! The hot tub is a GREAT way to end the day. We appreciate the recommendation and can't wait to have you guys again.
We loved the little round cabin at the end of the campground. We even had to cross a little stream to get to it and it borrdered the national forest! Fun fishing and sunning on the river right in the front yard. The cute, rustic cabin was perfect for our romantic getaway with the large jacuzzi tub right in the middle of the living room. Cards, music, and dinner on the wrap around porch. Couldn't have been more perfect for us. Will definitely be back.

Hi Lane! Thank you for staying with us. Glad that the location worked well for you. Hopefully outside of a few things you had a great time in the Smokies. We look forward to having you with us again.
We had a great long weekend in the Dreamcatcher cabin. It was so close to the park that we could easily spend a few hours in the park and then enjoy the secluded cabin to relax. It was challenging to find at first, but once we located it, it was easy enough to get to. There were also no trash bins at the cabin to put the bags in. We found a dumpster close by so it was fine.
Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay there again and work with the same property management company.
Very clean and peaceful was able to relax completely and i will say this i am a women and simple things like a bath is my fav way to relax and usually when we stay somewere the bath is to small or dosent make enuff hot water to come close to filling it but yalls was the best i absolutely loved it i spent half the vacation there lol i also loved the layout and design of the building its self it was very open and i never felt like i was cooped up inside at all with the high ceiling and skylight to the big bay windows yal have a beautiful place thank you for letting us stay ❤️ will be a repeat customer for sure ❤️

Hello Jessica! Thank you for staying with us. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially the tub :). Looking forward to having you with us again.
It is the last cabin on the road so you are mainly surrounded by woods (which we like) It is different then your basic Mountain cabin, very unique even though it could use some updating with the ugly wallpaper and old paneling bathroom. Some decors to match the theme would also be nice. Very peaceful sitting on the wrap around porch and listen to the river in front of you. Even though we thought, at first, it was weird for the jacuzzi to be in the living room it was nice soaking in the warm tub in front of a warm fire.

Get it together
The new sink and the kitchen never worked, we had to go to the bathroom. I called the property manager and did what they told me in the sink never worked. The power was out in the bathroom and the Wi-Fi was broken. Apparently, it had been fixed tonight before, but no one decided to let us know what the new password was. We got in the middle of the night and my son had a medical emergency and we could not contact anyone not good. We left the property early because we couldn't mitigate the issues and now we're using the insurance to get a refund.
